Will I need to vacate my home during the pipe replacement?

No, you will not be required to vacate your residence for the work to be completed. But your assistance may be needed. You will need to provide the contractor access to your basement and the water meter. Depending on your property, vehicles may need to be moved and other bulky items relocated to access the water service in the basement. The Pre-Construction survey will identify necessary actions on your end and notify you. Environmental Partners will be overseeing the construction and will be available to inform and answer questions you may have.
