In accordance with MGL §40A-5, the Lexington Planning Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 7 pm continued to February 16, February 23 virtually via Zoom to consider amending the following Lexington Zoning Bylaw or act in any other manner in relation thereto.
Open Space Residential Development (OSRD): Amend §135-3.4 Table 1, Permitted Uses and Development Standards; add new definitions to §135-10 Definitions; add a new §135-6.12 Open Space Residential Development.
