The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 7 pm via a virtual meeting to consider a citizen's zoning petition that amends standards in §135-4.4 Residential Gross Floor Area and adds a new section of the Zoning Bylaw in order to: a) Reduce allowable gross floor area for some residential construction; b) Define standards for energy efficiency, sustainability, and on-site fossil-fuel use; and c) Provide tiered gross floor area incentives for new residential construction that meets the defined standards.
