95 Hayden Avenue & 128 Spring Street (99 Hayden Avenue), Preliminary Site Development & Use Plan

The Lexington Planning Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, and February 16, 2022 at 7 pm virtually via Zoom to see if the Planning Board will recommend to Town Meeting:

To amend the Town of Lexington Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map, by changing the zoning district designation of 95 and 99 Hayden Avenue (128 Spring Street); Map 17, Lot 22 and Map 18, Lot 2B from the current Commercial Development (CD-14) District to a Planned Development (PD) District; based on the information provided in the petitioner's Preliminary Site Development and Use Plan ("PSDUP") on file with the Lexington Town Clerk and Planning Board; or to act in any other manner relative thereto.

The new zoning would allow for the demolition and renovation of existing buildings, construction of new buildings, and addition to existing parking garage and associated parking.

This article was approved by Town Meeting and has been approved by the Attorney General.
