Members
Membership includes at least one member from each HATS town who has demonstrated expertise in environmental fields, i.e., air quality, noise pollution, groundwater quality, and traffic impacts.
Members are appointed by HATS based on recommendations from the HATS members of each town.
Overview
The Environmental Subcommittee assists in the review of environmental impacts, associated with airport activities. It is also charged with researching existing and proposed laws, regulations, and policies by entities that may have an impact on the environmental quality within the Hanscom area, and making appropriate recommendations to HATS.
