Approval Not Required (ANR)

As stated in § 175-4.1

Applicability

  1. General. Any person who wishes to record a plan in the Registry of Deeds or in the Land Court and who believes that the plan does not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law may submit the plan to the Board accompanied by documentation, as set forth below, to show that the plan does not require approval.
  2. Criterion. A plan does not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law if it does not show a subdivision, as defined in MGL c. 41 § 81L.

Plans submitted with a Form A or Form B application are required to use the title block and plan template available. For CAD (.dwg) versions of these files please contact the Planning Office.
