11th Annual MLK Day of Service (2024)

The Town Celebrations Committee is happy to unite again this year with Lexington’s Human Rights Committee to help the Lexington MLK Day of Service Program honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The 11th annual MLK Day of Service took place on Monday, January 15, 2024.

Our objective is to engage and mobilize people of all ages to participate in events and activities to serve others.

United in philanthropy under the auspices and sponsorship of Lexington’s Human Rights Committee and the Town Celebrations Committee, our target this year is to serve at least 2,500 people with the help of more than 700 volunteers.
