Housing Feasibility Study on Town-owned land (Depot parking lot, Edison parking lot, 173 Bedford Street)

The objective of the study is to learn if housing is feasible at three Town-owned parcels located at 173 Bedford Street, the Depot parking lot, and/or the Edison Way parking lot, while also maintaining customer parking for Lexington Center businesses. LDa Architecture & Interiors, LLP will carry out the study. The outcome of this study will not be a particular development proposal; action to seek a development partner would not be contemplated for approximately 5-8 years, and not without community input and action from elected officials.
