INN AT HASTINGS PARK The Planning Board held a public hearing onOctober 25, 2023 on the petition of Trisha Perez Kennealy for the Inn at Hastings Park, to amend the Zoning Bylaw pursuant to §7.3 Planned Development District CD-15 for property located at 2013-2027 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, MA (Assessor’s Map 49, Lot 2A). The proposal seeks to amend the schedule of dimensional controls to increase the maximum allowable seating capacity for the restaurant and amend the associated required off-street parking from the CD-15 Planned Development District zoning approved in 2012. The hearing was closed on October 25 and the Planning Board recommended approvalto Town Meeting. Approved by Town Meeting on November 7, 2023.
Applicant proposes increasing the restaurant seating from 54 to 128 total to account for seating presently on the premises and to amend the parking ratio from one parking space for every 6 seats to one space for every 12 seats. No exterior alterations or building expansion is proposed.
