2023 Annual Town Meeting Zoning Amendments
The Planning Board must hold public hearings on all zoning amendments. This page relates to Zoning Amendment Articles Only. Specific zoning language is subject to change during the course of the hearings and Town Meeting process.
Zoning Amendment articles 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, & 40 were adopted and are pending Attorney General approval. Article 35 was referred to the Planning Board.
Public hearing was opened on 2/8 and continued to 2/15, and closed on 3/1 . Planning Board recommends Town Meeting approval.

Citizen Petition Proposal- Public hearing opened on 2/15 and was continued to and closed on 3/1. The Planning Board recommended Town Meeting refer this to the Planning Board. March 15 revised zoning Motion.
