The Lexington Planning Board held a public meeting on November 9, 2022 at 6:00 pm virtually via Zoom. Barons Custom Homes, LLC request a minor modification to a special permit balanced housing development originally granted on July 19, 2020 under § 135-6.9.3 of the Zoning Bylaw at 15 & 17 Fairland Street and 185 Lincoln Street, Assessor’s Map 42, Lots 205, 204C, and 233 in the RS zoning district.
The 2019 special permit granted approval for 16 dwelling units. This request is to modify the approved plans to provide three utility easements and a grading and access easement, to provide access for the abutting Lincoln Street property at Map 42, Lot 232B.
