The Planning Board held a virtual public hearing on November 16, 2022, at 6:00 PM on the application of Greatland Realty Partners for major site plan review under § 135-9.5 [Site Plan Review] of the Zoning Bylaw. Proposal includes special permit pursuant to Zoning Bylaw §135-5.1.14 [Special Permit] to modify the off-street parking and loading requirements of 5.1.11 and 126.96.36.199 to allow parking within the setback, between the building and public right-of-way without screening. The property is located at 12-18 Hartwell Avenue - Map 84, Lot 70C in the CM Zoning District. The Applicant proposes to raze the existing office building, and construct a 272,800 GSF six-story life science lab building with retail space in the front of the building, and 5-level 690 space parking garage. The hearing was continued to and approved on Wednesday, December 7 at 6:00 pm on Zoom.
