The Lexington Planning Board will hold a continued public hearing on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at 7 pm in Estabrook Hall of the Cary Memorial Building, 1605 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, Massachusetts on the application of Meridian Lexington Owner, LLC, owner, for a Major Site Plan Review with Special Permit at 91 Hartwell Avenue. The property is located on Map 80, Lot 10C in the CM Zoning District and the project includes the construction of a lab/office building and associated parking structure, along with associated site improvements. The applicant applied for a Special Permit under Sections 4.1 and Table 2; 5.1; 9.5.3.2; 7.2; 5.2; 5.3; 9.4 and any other applicable Sections of the Zoning By-Law to allow a Floor Area Ratio of.65 instead of.35; to modify the parking requirements; to condition the transportation and parking management and mitigation fees and to waive landscaping requirements; and Site Plan Review under Section 9.5 of the Zoning By-law.
