The proposal is shown on a set of plans entitled "32 and 40 Hartwell Avenue Special Permit Plan", dated April 5, 2018.
The properties, 32-40 Hartwell Avenue, shown as lots 83B and 84A on Town Assessors Map 84, are located in the CM Zoning District.
