The proposed zoning amendment is to see if the Town will vote to jointly amend both Section 135-10.1 of the Zoning Bylaw, to revise the definition of Gross Floor Area to remove the inclusion of basements, and Section 135-4.4.2, to reduce the maximum allowable residential Gross Floor Area; or act in any other manner in relation thereto.
