Hartwell Innovation Park Zoning Bylaw & Map Amendment - Article 45
The Proposed Zoning includes Revisions to the Zoning Map; New Zoning Section 7.4 under Special District Regulations; Revisions to the Table of Uses, Dimensional Controls, General Regulations, Off-Street Parking and Loading, and any other needed revisions identified in the drafting process and the Attorney General Review of Article 16 of Special Town Meeting 2020-2; and Revisions to Section 7.2 Transportation Management Overlay District.

Amend Zoning Bylaw - Historic Preservation Incentives - Article 39
This meeting was to see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw to allow additional flexibility in permitting for historic preservation; or act in any other manner in relation thereto.

Amend Zoning Bylaw - Retaining Walls - Article 40
This article would update the Zoning Bylaw to regulate the installation of retaining walls over four feet in height.

Amend Zoning Bylaw - Structures in Setbacks - Article 41
This article would establish regulations for accessory structures (including sheds) to have a separate setback requirement.

Amend Zoning Bylaw - Floodplain Management - Article 42
This article would identify and designate a Community Floodplain Administrator (FPA) in accordance with regulations of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Amend Zoning Bylaw - Use & General Regulations - Article 44
The Lexington Planning Board opened the public hearing on February 10, 2021.

Amend General Bylaw - Chapter 114 Stormwater - Article 37
This meeting was to see if the Town would vote to amend Chapter 114 of the Code of the Town of Lexington (Stormwater Management) to allow for additional regulation of stormwater management installations and associated mitigation requirements; or act in any other manner in relation thereto.
