The Lexington Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at 7 pm, virtually via Zoom on SRE Flag LLC's application for a definitive subdivision under the Planning Board's Subdivision Regulations and MGL Chapter 41 Section 81 located at 10 Maguire Road, Map 85, Lot 15 in the CM Zoning District. The project proposes to split the existing lot into 3 new lots with a subdivision road and cul-de-sac.
