Grove Street: Balanced Housing Development

The Planning Board discussed a proposal for Lot 89-3B for Wednesday, September 7, 2016.

The application was filed by North Shore Construction, LLC., for a sketch plan review of a Balanced Housing Development. Sketch plans are an initial, informal review process; ultimately a special permit must be issued in order to construct a development like this. Balanced Housing Developments are authorized under Section 135-6.9 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw. Sketch plans carry no legal weight, but are a chance for all interested parties to get familiar with the permitting process, the site and the proposed development.
