9 Keeler Farm Way Modification to Special Permit

The Lexington Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 7 pm on the application of Raymond and Tiffany Chang, owner, for a Modification of the Planning Board's Special Permit for 71 to 79 East Street / Keeler Farm Way dated October 19, 2011 under Sections 6.9 and 9.4 and any other applicable Sections of the Zoning By-Law to allow additional landscape improvements.

The property is located at 9 Keeler Farm Way on Map 62, Lot 7E in the RO Zoning District.
