Recreation Department - Adult Programs
The Recreation Department offers a variety of year round activities for adults in the community. Programs include aerobics, yoga, walking, biking, tennis, kayaking, women's fitness boot camp, swimming, skiing and snowboarding, ballroom dance, women's self defense, adult drop in programs, gardening classes and online education classes. Information about these classes and programs is included in the Recreation Department's seasonal brochures and supplemental flyers
All adult programs are on a "first come-first serve" basis via mail-in, drop off, or phone registration.
