The 2015 Annual Municipal Census was recently mailed to all households. The annual census of residents in Massachusetts is mandatory for every city and town in the Commonwealth.  The census information is used to validate and update the residency of voters; to assist the School Department with enrollment information and projections; to assist municipal departments with service needs, and to prepare the annual jury list.  Please follow all directions carefully when filling out your census.  If you have any questions regarding the census, please email the Town Clerk’s Office or call 781-698-4558.

Town Manager's FY2016 Preliminary Budget and Financing Plan has been published.

Open burning season will occur from January 15 to May 1, 2015. Open Burning is allowed for the burning of brush, cane and forestry debris only with a permit and under specific conditions.

The Recreation Department is accepting applications for all Summer 2015 positions (aquatics, day camps, sports clinics, and tennis).  The application deadline is Friday, March 6, 2015.  Applicants must complete two applications: the employment application and the summer supplemental application.

Third quarter FY 2015 Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills have been mailed and are due February 2, 2015. If you have not received your tax bill, please contact the Collector’s Office at 781-698-4600 or taxoffice@lexingtonma.gov. Tax bills can be paid on-line by going to the Town’s website.

2015 Town Meeting is scheduled to begin Monday, March 23. Information will be posted as it becomes available.
