Emergency Preparedness

As a part of a Public Health Emergency Response plan, the State Department of Public Health established several regions throughout the State. 

Lexington is located in Region 4A which is comprised of 34 cities and towns as far West as Framingham and as far East as Woburn.  From this Region, each city and town has a common Public Health Emergency coordinator who helps the region create consistant plans and communication strategies.
