Community Preservation Committee
From the Committee Charge:
The Community Preservation Committee recommends CPA projects for the acquisition, creation, preservation, rehabilitation and restoration of properties to Town Meeting, which makes the final decision on uses of CPA funds. The Community Preservation Committee consults with its appointing bodies, and holds an annual public informational hearing on the needs, possibilities and resources of the Town regarding community preservation.
